The mission of El Comité Community Adult Education is to provide education services and citizenship instruction for under-educated and under-served adults in Longmont and surrounding areas, developing successful parents, productive workers, and engaged community participants.
Your goals are our goals. Do you need to learn English to get a job? To obtain U.S. citizenship? To go on to GED and higher education?
We believe in life-long learning. You’re never too old to learn and it’s never too late to start. Come join us and discover your potential!
English Language Instruction
We provide 6 levels of English language instruction to adult immigrants, from the lowest beginner to advanced students whose next step is the GED.
Our students come from all over the world!
Computer-based instruction is embedded into our English instruction. Students learn mouse skills, keyboarding, and basic Word and Excel documents.
